Let it be clear that with two days it won't be possible to obtain mastery to make a flowerpot or some kitchen utensil. It is needed to learn far more than two days for this. But during these days you will be able to get to know better this capricious material and we hope that this will give you a chance to be of interest on obtaining further knowledges on pottery.
The main aim of this event is that everyone who will participate in this workshop shall make two simple utensils – no matter how wobbly they will be.

Since the days when human learned how to make tools, axe has been the most important tool on timber processing. During the time there are many different shapes of axes developed according to the different job types. Visitors shall have the opportunity to see as many as possible on an exhibition in Northern Yard that will be held on these days.
On early days, axe was not only a tool for peaceful purposes, but it was also a feared weapon. On of the main attraction will be an axe throwing competition that will be hold in the museum. Participation will be in three categories: men, women and children.
Also visitors will have the opportunity to chop wood, try hewing of a log and have a taste of real axe soup.
