The first messages about lace making appeared in 15th century, the boom of this art in Europe was in 17th and 18th centuries. Later this art lost its popularity and regained it nowadays, when lace making is used more extensively in making decorations for clothing.

Internationally known lace making master Olga Kublitskaja works in one of the workshops in Northern Yard. In these two days she will teach first steps about lace making.
