Creative Camp at Narva Museum "Autumn Carousel"

The secrets of restorers' craftsmanship, the magic of animation, the mysteries of museum storages, and theatrical backstages – the school holidays at Narva Museum promise to be eventful.
The museum's creative camp is once again open for registration for the autumn session and invites children aged 7 to 12 to participate.
Daily from 10:00 to 15:00, participants will engage in an informal educational program and exciting creative activities. The museum opens up opportunities for schoolchildren to learn a lot of new things and visit places not accessible to ordinary visitors. For example, the kids will have the chance to visit the museum's collections, peek into "theatrical kitchen," and create their own culinary masterpiece.
The activities take place at Narva Castle, Narva Art Gallery, and on the premises of Narva Museum's partners.
Meeting point: Narva Art Gallery (Vestervalli, 21). What to bring: Comfortable changeable shoes. Dress according to the weather conditions.
Participation Cost:
- €100 per session (5 days) per participant
- €25 per day per participant
- A full lunch at the Rondeel restaurant is included in the price.
Daily Themes:
October 24 - River Day, 10:00 - 15:00 Embark on an exciting journey along the Narva River. Learn about the types of fish it harbors. Discuss the use of water elements. Visit river sports enthusiasts. Inspired by new impressions, dive into creativity at the art gallery.
October 25 - Animation Day, 10:00 - 15:00 In the art studio, create your own animated stories. Try your hand as directors, animators, artists, and screenwriters.
October 26 - Museumology Day, 10:00 - 15:00 Embark on an exciting journey into the secret world of museum storages. Discover what lies within museum vaults. Work in the restoration workshop.
October 27 - Theater Day, 10:00 - 15:00 Dedicate the day to the art of theater: learn about the work of the Vabalava theater center, create your own theater, and try your hand as decorators, scriptwriters, and actors.
October 28 - Day of Tastes and Aromas, 10:00 - 15:00 Conclude the vacation week with pleasant tea gatherings, engage in cooking and creativity, and gather an autumn bouquet of emotions, impressions, and inspiration to get ready for the new academic period.
